FLEXIBLE POLICY
Guests can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
Guests will have to pay the full amount if the cancellation occurs within 14 days of arrival.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY
The guest will be required to pay the total price of the reservation if canceled at any time.

Hosting Rules

1. Villas La Morita reserves the right of permanence of its guests, clients or passengers, who must respect the rules contained in these regulations.

2. The client has the inescapable obligation to notify their final arrival and departure from Las Villas, respecting the check-in and check-out times set forth in the reservation policy.

* In case of bringing a pet, you must notify it with
advance and make an additional deposit
of $ 25 USD for each one, which is returned upon delivery of the
room, as long as there are no
drawbacks. Likewise said pet or pets
they should not be left alone in the cabin at any time.

3. The client who vacates his room after 11:00 on the day of his departure, without prior notice and without justifying his delay, must pay an additional day to the duration of his reservation.

4. It will be the client's obligation to pay the extra amounts of their stay at the time that the administration of the Villas requires it.

5. The client must declare to the administration the belongings that are forgotten when checking out. The administration is not responsible for the loss of forgotten objects outside the rooms.

6. Each client is responsible for the damages and/or losses caused to himself, to other guests, to workers, or to the equipment and infrastructure of the Villas, being obliged to pay or indemnify accordingly.

7. People other than those registered will not be able to enter the Villas.

8. All clients must leave their room keys in the agreed place at the time of check out.

9. The following is expressly prohibited:

1. Bringing animals into the Villas without notifying them.
2. Cut trees, bushes, branches and flowers.
3. Throw garbage, wash vehicles and make fires outside the area specified for this.
4. Carry weapons of any kind.
5. Use the equipment installed in the common areas and the equipment installed in your room for purposes other than your service.
6. Use appliances with high electrical consumption other than those installed in the room.
7. Remove any furniture or element outside of the rooms and common spaces.
8. Make annoying noises, cause altercations, and in general, any act that disturbs or bothers other guests.
9. In accordance with the provisions of the General Law for Tobacco Control, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and closed spaces inside the Villas.
